Every engagement begins with inquiry.
The starting point is a conversation about what is happening, what has already been tried, and where the existing ways of understanding the situation may be insufficient.
From there, we identify the form of engagement that best fits the question. The work may involve a single facilitated conversation, a Pattern Lab, or a deeper strategic inquiry developed around the needs of the organization.
